College stress is a constant contributor to a students mental health and surveys show that they are more stressed out about being in college and coping with its ups and downs rather than worrying about the future that they are trying to build. So take as a whole, a larger percentage of college stress comes about due to various social pressures rather than from studies because studies do not demand the individual to be as trendy and cool as the college culture and people do.
