You need to check out the scholarship zone drawing worth $10,000 for school.   The great thing about this scholarship opportunity is that there is no hard work involved in order to get it. In order to get a chance to win you only have to register.  You qualify as long as you are 18 and a citizen or permanent resident. You only need to complete a one-page registration form.

Here in our list of scholarships for college, we think that the Gates Millenium Foundation is a great scholarship program for minority students who excel in the classroom. Those who are accepted into the program get a scholarship that pays for all college costs.  This is great because the students who receive the scholarship will literally be able to go to college for free.

The QuestBrige program connects high achieving minority students with top universities in the country. This program connects students from low income sources to colleges that charge a lot.  Low-income students understandably have a harder time getting into these ivy league schools. The acceptance rates of QuestBridge students are much higher because the admissions committee has a better look at their story than to others. Accepted students can receive up to full ride scholarships to some of the most respected schools in the country.
